Andile’s 12-month graduate programme offers graduates unique insights into the Capital Markets industry while developing the skills and attributes needed to succeed in the Capital and Financial Markets space. This programme focuses on providing in-depth knowledge of capital markets, exposure across Andile’s offerings, fostering critical thinking, enhancing practical understanding, and building positive lasting relationships.
The programme begins with comprehensive training in Capital and Financial Markets, followed by rotations through the different business areas. Graduates will then have the opportunity to settle into one of our centres of excellence to receive specialised training and gain deeper knowledge.
